As a result of the assessment, and in depth discussions around your business and personal goals, a clear and simple practical action plan can be created for you and your team to follow.
Most Practices find that after the initial assessment visit and action planning stage, it is helpful to have ongoing visits to assist in driving accountability, and maintaining momentum.
STEP 1: PHONE CONSULT
The initial phone call is a great way for you to understand our services in more detail, and for me to gain a greater understanding of your needs, so that I can tailor our meeting accordingly.
STEP 2: MEETING
Our first meeting is usually conducted in your Practice. A large proportion of time is spent with you completing a full assessment, and then I usually take time to probe your systems and team set up, environment etc. I am happy to do in your home or my office if you prefer to be incognito about your use of a consultant at this stage.
STEP 3: DETAILED REPORT
I’ll send out my report via e mail, with a follow up meeting scheduled soon after. This gives you time to digest the report, and process the findings. During the meeting, we can discuss the report in more detail, and set a clear and targeted action plan to support you to develop your Practice.
