Join the Circus
I had the privilege of hosting a circus skills themed Team Day with the awesome Grange Dental Practice Team.
The morning was spent creating and communicating business goals as a team, and visualising how they will celebrate success when they smash their business goals together.
The afternoon's session was spent learning some new Circus skills. The team did a fantastic job supporting each other to overcome their fears by tackling the trapeze.
The day was finished off with a delicious fish & chip supper.
